omg I am 402 calories short ;)

I have just finished making my lunch to eat now, and snack and dinner for work. I am now 402 calories short. I will find something to add in as I will need something when I finish work tonight, but what would others eat? I have a 250 calorie deficet, and am trying to not be more than 250 under or 250 over net. I tend to be just under which is okay as I feel I am eating well and feel better than last week :smile:

    Sara Lee 45 calorie bread, 1tbsp. butter, and a slice of 2% american cheese, yummy! Grilled of course

    Hard boiled egg... has some good protein

    bowl of cereal and skim milk... filling, calcium and yummy

    Looking at your diary you are low on healthy fats, blue/ purple and dark green produce, minerals. Two servings of black forest fruits with walnuts or pumpkin seeds.
