I have just finished making my lunch to eat now, and snack and dinner for work. I am now 402 calories short. I will find something to add in as I will need something when I finish work tonight, but what would others eat? I have a 250 calorie deficet, and am trying to not be more than 250 under or 250 over net. I tend to be just under which is okay as I feel I am eating well and feel better than last week
