Advice for when you fall off the wagon!

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone can lend any advice......... I have spent a lot of time, the past many many #'s of years, attempting to lose weight. This past year or so, has been awesome, I've actually began to see huge changes, huge loses, but recently, I have just totally lost my motivation! I totally fell off the wagon over Christmas, and I was really surprised at myself. I still worked out a lot, but, just went on a bit of a "what the hell.." kind of a thing. Also too, I am at school right now, and it's super lonely and stuff, so I am sure that is a contributing factor! But how do you guys find that you overcome stuff like that? I don't know what continually turning to food is like my only solution, when I know in my mind that, it totally is not! but when it comes down to that moment, I just throw reason to the wind, and just eat! it is soo bad! have you guys got any ideas on what I could do to change? I really am desiring, definitely to lose weight, but, it's like my emotions over take me or something. Even when I try to use those tricks like chew gum, eat an apple, etc, I never follow them! so ya, any advice would be greatly appreciated! thx so much
