I'm new here and decided that it is time to finally lose all this pregnancy weight I have been carrying for the last 2 years. I have been keep a food diary and trying to watch what I eat but I use the computer so often that it is more convenient to log my food and fitness online. I am looking forward to the hard work ahead. So far I have lost 14 pounds and have about 80 more to go.

You will do great here just remember that this is a journey and you will fall at times and take detours every once in while so dont be hard on yourself if this happens. So many give up when they stumble. You can do it just set your mind to it and enjoy the trip :bigsmile:
