Good exercises to do at home after injury?

I recently injured my ankle doing mountain climbers and burpees (probably improperly). I have a peroneal tendon injury and have been instructed to rest and keep it wrapped for 4 to 6 weeks. I feel like I was doing well with my current diet and exercise plan, I've lost 7 lbs and 3 inches off my waist in 3 weeks. I don't want to stall or go backwards. Can anyone tell me some exercises I can do at home without further injury to my ankle? Any ideas are welcome and appreciated.
