so I have lost 43 lbs since joining MFP, my question is my calories never changed... so tonight I went into my diet/fitness profile and just simply changed my weight loss goal and it dropped my calories by 160.. why did it not drop them as I went along... whenever i put in my weight I tell it to refigure my goals...

i understand that... what I am asking is why didn't my calorie goal adjust while I was losing weight... why was it only tonight when I changed my weight goal that it dropped by 160 calories0
