Hi,

I am in need of some advice.

I have celiac disease

I weigh 112.6 kgs

I use to weigh 125kgs it took me 10 months to lose 12kgs

I eat gluten free foods

my typical day looks like this

Breakfast: 2 eggs tea with milk and 1 raw sugar
Morning: protein shake
Lunch: 150g Shaved chicken breast, 4 olives with fetta, 2 small slices of jarlsberg cheese or a tuna salad
Afternoon: 40g of mixed nuts, banana chips, sultanas tea (as above)
Dinner: lean meat (steak, chicken, pork) and steamed vegies / salad

I drink 3L of water each day
I take a berroca each day
I work out at least 3 times with a personal trainer each week
I play netball once a week and I do weights at home 2 times per week

I cannot shift this weight why is this? Do i eat enough or too much? is my excercise not enough?

I suffer from joint pain and tender skin due to the celiac disease.

before I gained weight i weighed 50kgs at my lowest weight within 2.5 years I had put 50 kilos on

I am 167cm tall.

I am obviously not doing something right. I open for suggestions:-)
