A few weeks back, I talked about how planning makes all the differences when making goals; I also wrote about one of my goals for this year which is to be healthier; and this is why as of today I'm starting to do small changes to improve my health status.
I as many other people, don't have a lot of time to exercise; less say to cook healthy meals (Yeah, I know that some people believe cooking healthy is not "that" time consuming). However I have been reading a lot in how simple changes can make a big difference the health of anyone who made them...............

I think you are totally right. Small changes can lead to big things. Like soda pop to water, more veggies and cooking some meals at home. One step at a time.0
