In order to remain at a healthy weight and keep my good work going i will ALWAYS have to count calories, my life will always involve mfp but not REVOLVE around it.
Regardless of wether i want to lose or maintain counting calories is something im always going to have to do unless i want to go back to how i was which is never!!
I accept there will be days when i eat too much or have to attend 2 birthday partys in a row or just fancy something to eat that i normally dont.
Ive learnt that there will be days i will be disappointed with what the scale says but my measurements say it all!
To everyone out there id like to say regardless of how we feel good days and bad never give up we can do this!!, its a lifestyle change and it doesnt require starving or excessive amounts of excercise do whats right for you and you'll get to where you want good luck to everyone out there :)
