Hey guys!
Well, I'm Mallory... I'm new to this place, just looking to lose weight, make friends and find inspirations on here!
This has been a long time coming, and for the past 4 months I have tried to actively lose weight, but to no avail. It has been the past week I have started clean eating, counting calories, and in the last two weeks I have started personal training.
If you have any questions, feel free! Or come introduce yourself!

cool! i noticed you added me as a friend that's great
i'm working on trying to lose the last 7 kgs. i'm 28, 160cm and 61.2kg - i've taken a week off exercise but am going to get back into it soon and do a lot of HIIT training (because i hate cardio, so that stuff doesn't last very long!) and weights. i had my body fat measured on a dexa scan recently and i'm 24% and would ideally like to be around 19%

Awesome! I have a personal trainer that focuses mainly on HIIT. I don't mind cardio, but we both agreed that it is better to metabolise my body than worry about pushing intense exercise on me and not seeing results. I'm 18 and I'll love to get to know you and everyone else!0

Good job on the healthy eating and getting a personal trainer, those are the two biggest steps you can take now just stay dedicated and you will see results from your life change! Keep up the great work!
I have been on here since about the late summer but over December I kind of went into a rump but pulled myself back out of it and started using the gym. I got about 20-30 pounds to lose still!

Thanks Grenon! I totally agree with that... I feel so much more motivation to do better now I have a personal trainer.... I don't want to disappoint her. I'm going to have a 'bad' day on Australia day because my friend has recruited me for margheritas and bad foods... But I will recover!0

You have to treat yourself once in a while! If you have a bad day you just cannot get discouraged. Keep up the great outlook!0
