If i eat 43% protien and 42% carbs and 15 percent fat what will happen to me? Is that good or bad?

I don't know what will happen to you, but I would be worried about eating that little fat. Your body needs fat in order to maintain a healthy nervous system and for nutrient absorption. Also, you should be aware than anything more than 30% protein is considered a high protein diet. The long term effects of such a diet are unknown, and even the body-builders on MFP tend to stick to 30% protein.0
