Calorie Intake Increase?

I just changed my weekly weightloss goal from 1.5 lbs to 1 because I'm on the last 15 lbs or so... and my cal goal for the day shot up from 1200 to 1430!! Any insight on this??? I'm scared to eat that much... anyone been in this situation??

If it takes 500 calories a day to make a lb defict, then 750 calories makes 1.5lb.
you have switched from 1.5lb to 1lb so get to eat an extra 250 calories. or to put it another way, your defict is now 250 calaories smaller.
if you changed it to half a pound a week, you would get another 250 calories to eat.0 -
Mechanically correct but as serial yo yo dieter would encourage you to get to your goal asap.
Can always up the exercise if want to eat more.
Anyway my goal for the day is 1420 and goal is to lose 2lbs a week when I started it was 2160.

do not be scared to eat 1430 cals - that is still a relatively small amount compared to how much you will be able to maintain on!
enjoy being able to eat more food!!0
