is not to diet!
Its amazing, ive lost 9lbs in 2 weeks but not trying to diet but more to use MFP to watch my calorie consumption. I still have crisps one a day, still have a fizzy drink etc as long as it fits in with my calories. I would never restrict any foods as i know i wouldnt be able to stick with it in the long run. So id lose all the weight and then once the diet was over id put it all back on, makes sense right?
The trick is to modify your eating habits and only eat when your hungry, i think this is a big thing for people who are overweight. Learning to listen to your body and what it wants and needs and thats something ive acomplished using the diet tracker on MFP. I manage to stay at 1200 calories a day, sometimes going up to 1400 or 1600, while eating things that are meant to be banned on a diet
