BOKWA???

I am in the UK and the first time Iever heard the word Bokwa was 3 weeks ago when I joined the gym and they talked about available classes. I had intended on taking the Zumba class.

I have just youtubes Bokwa and it does look really good.

Has anyone tried it? What did you think? If you have done both which did you prefer?
