For those of you who don't like drinking water...

Fun tip: you could try adding various fruits/veggies to the water jug and letting them infuse. My favourite is cucumber water :-) I personally like just normal, cold water, but for those who struggle to get their 8 glasses in, this might help!

I'll have to try this. Not enough water is probably my biggest problem. Thanks!0

A cafe nearby brings out these nice big jugs of water with a bit of cucumber, fresh mint, and a couple cut strawberries. Very lovely!0

You may all also find this article from the BBC interesting, if youre not keen on plain water.
How much water do we need?
The body gets its fluid from three sources:
Drinks, either plain water or as part of other beverages including tea, coffee and squash
Solid foods, especially fruit and vegetables (even foods such as bread and cheese provide small amounts of fluid)
As a by-product of chemical reactions within the body
Most healthy adults need between one and a half to three litres a day, so aim to drink six to eight medium glasses of fluid daily. Beverages such as tea, coffee and fruit juices count towards fluid intake, and may bring with them other nutrients or benefits.
You may require more fluid if you're very physically active or during periods of hot weather.
You can judge whether you're drinking enough by the colour of your urine. If it's a pale straw colour then your fluid intake is probably fine. If your urine is dark yellow, you probably need to drink more.

I Like to Add Fresh frozen fruit it's more fun and delicious than ice cubes.
Fizzy water is one of my favorite ways to drink water too, and I love it when a restaurant has Club Soda on the unlimited Fountain Sodas. Sometimes I put my fizzy water in a wine glass at dinner and sip it like I would sip wine. Guilt free and fun! Add fruit and make your own sodas like My Favorite Strawberry Lime Spritzer...
I Love My Water even if I don't add Anything to it , But like to change it up at times

I hate water. It confuses me to drink something without flavor. I blame childhood summers with too much kool-aid, haha!
A good and guilt-free way for me to get around this is by drinking tea instead. I have two cups of black tea in the morning, then I switch to herbal tisanes. Tea is very nearly calorie-free, and it keeps me drinking all day!0 -
I rarely drink anything BUT water--ever since I cut Diet Coke out of my life (which was also the day I joined MFP)! Anyway, one way I LOVE water even more is when I slice up a fresh lemon and squeeze quite a bit (maybe a quarter of the lemon--then I toss the peel and all) into my 22 oz Tervis Tumbler. I add a sprig of fresh mint, and then a packet of Stevia in the Raw. I feel like I am drinking a fancy drink and it is really a treat! Enjoy! Patti0

room temperature water is easy to drink down. It is a great tip for anyone who has trouble with the water thing.0

This is what I do to keep me on track. I also drink at room tempertatures, its easier for me.
Occassionally I'll add some mint leaves, or put a crystal light mojito in there. ;-)
