I have been very, very proud of myself. I set out in January to train for a 5 mile run that was this past weekend and start losing my excess weight.
The weight loss has been a success and the 5 mile run came and went with great results!
Now that the run is over, I find myself craving the foods that I have written off. This is the first time I have ran into such strong cravings and I feel it is becos the run is over and the goal is gone.
Any advice?

What about setting a goal of another, longer race? If you need a goal to stay motivated, then you'll just have to come up with a new goal.0
