Raspberry Ketone, thoughts?

Hi guys, after reading through lots of mixed reviews on Raspberry Ketone caps, just wondered if anyone on here has tried them or has any advice, whether they actually do anything or is it just another tablet to take ..? Or if you could recommend any other supplements which you find effective, that would be great..

I'm currently taking psyllium husk, a multi vit and vit c, and Grenade before I go to the gym.. Is it going to be worth adding R Ketone or will I just be rattling away?
