#1 Bob Dylan, Mikel Jollet (Airborne Toxic Event), Jim Croce, Bob Marley, Lennon/McCartney, Elton/Taupin, and Paul Simon. No particular order except for Dylan, he is the best song writer.

You know what's funny. "Rocky Mountain High" just came on pandora.. and I thought "this is terrible, he could never go in my thread"
    hahaha

look at his whole body of work. the type of music he wrote may be passe now, but there's alot of quality songwriting there if you look at it objectively.

That's really rude of you. No, I've been a huge fan of his since his Juniper days and I never missed any of his gigs here in Ireland. My favourite songs of his are NOT on 9 or O. So STFU.

    Rob Thomas
    Josh Ramsay

(You might need to Google those...)

On the same token, if anyone adds Justin Bieber I'm going to crawl through these computer screens and rip your ears off.

thank you. I was reading this thread about to panic,

no one had mentioned CAROL KING yet????

omg, guys, Tapestry? It's, like, one of the most covered albums EVER. Every note she wrote is pure gold.
