Circuit training kicked my butt today

 I decided to try circuit training, and I must say I was surprised at the workout I got.
10 minutes on the elliptical (RPE 4-5)
10 minutes leg exercises (weighted squats, lunges, calf raises)
10 minutes elliptical (RPE 5-6)
10 minutes upper body exercises (curls, tricep extensions, overhead presses, rows, front raises)
10 minutes elliptical (RPE 6-7)
5 minutes ab work on the Ab Lounge/stability ball
My heart rate stayed high the whole time...didn't stop for rest breaks like I normally do. How many calories do you all think I burned? I looked up "Circuit Training" in the exercise database and it said I burned 440 calories.

The best way to do circuit training is to vary between leg and arm exercises in EACH set. That way, you dont exhaust one muscle area too quickly and it makes it more of an aerobic exercise. ---just so you know.0
