50+ starting... AGAIN!.. and for the last time!

Hi, I'm 52 and starting for the last time. After finally getting out of an unhealthy relationshipm, I'm excited to start to take care of me. Would love to hear from other 50+ gals and guys who are startinganew or already on their way to a healthy life!
