DONE! Finished out with a 5 minute mix of planks, reverse planks, and side planks.0

In and done! I had never done planks before so this was very difficult for me. I had to do it in intervals to get the full 10min and I even had to do some modified but at least I got them done!0

I did eight 1 minute planks before having to quit for dinner. I'll have to get the last two in the morning!0

I stink
I didn't get these done. But I did do an hour Body Step class and we did some planks in it.
