Just found this site. I have known for a long time that I have to lose weight - it is now over 100lbs. I have joint & back problems. The weight is making everyday life more difficult than it needs to be.
I work as a nurse so you`d think I know what is right and wrong what a healty lifestyle is. But, like a lot of people I put everyone else first, well I`m afraid things have to change starting now.

You have made the first step by coming on to MFP and starting out. I have 80 lbs to lose and have already dropped 9 of those 80. Small goals is what I am focusing on. Start logging all of your food, start moving and enter that too. You will begin to see those numbers drop. Good luck to you!0
