Waste of money. Most of them are just caffeine pills anyways. Good Luck!

Since watching an episode of Dr. Oz that featured a woman who has permanent depression and I think bi-polar tendancies that began the day after she started taking diet pills and put her in the mental ward on the 5th day, I wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole. I would rather be fat than suffer mental or emotional illness induce by diet pills.
  • Dr. Oz recently addressed this on his show. He said at first they seem to work b/c you have endless energy, but ultimately they just make you tired and wired. Once you go off them, you gain even more. Best to not even start.
