is it bad to drink a lot of green tea in a day? I drink maybe 2 or 3 cups a day, does it really help with weight loss? how? is it better to drink pure green tea or is it okay to drink green tea with for example green tea apple and pear? ( my favourite! )

No unless you have issues with caffeine. I've been drinking lots of green tea, probably 2-3 cups for two weeks. I think it helps with weightloss since I haven't really been doing much different and lost weight, but it's good for your health in general. I'd say if you like green tea with apple and pear it's still good. I mean, if it was plain, you probably wouldn't drink it as much.0

I've heard good things about green tea and drink it all day now instead of the coffee I used to have. Supposidly Green tea with lemon is the best as the green tea on its own can reduce the vit C intake.
As far as I can tell it's a good part of the whole healthy diet and I'm feeling good drinking it - any tea is good though due to the antioxidents0 -

i love green tea but i havent had any in awhile. it is good for you and it helps with those caffeine headaches when you are trying to cut out soft drinks.0
