Hi everyone....
I am fairly new to MFP. I downloaded the app sometime ago, but have just recently started using it for myself. My daughter has type 1 diabetes, so I mainly used it on the go to count carbs for her. I used to use another app to track my calories, workouts, ect..., but find that this one has more features. I am a wife, mother of 3, full-time nursing student, and type 1 diabetes fundraiser and advocate as well as kid chauffeur and have put myself on the back burner for way too long. Nutrition is a huge part of my life and its time that I start applying it to myself My goal is to lose 25 lbs, but more importantly to become more healthy.
