The past two weeks I have really made an effort to up my weights at the gym...by 5 - 10 lbs on each exercise...I have been eating the same and the past few days I am soooo hungry even after I eat! Anyone else experience this? Should I up my calories a little? I just don't want to gain fat and reverse all the hard work I'm doing.

I tried to look at your diary to see what I could suggest, but you have your food diary closed.
How much protein ar eyou eating? If you are eating less than 1 to 1.5 grams per pound of Body weight, I would suggest adding some protein before and after you lift. I like Non-Fat Cheese personally as an addition.0 -
Without being able to see your food diary it is impossible to give advice.0

Yes. I've experienced it. Absolutely starving. Everyone is different, but I found that if I eat high protein snacks (protein bars, nuts) that it helps enough to keep the calories within my "eat back" range.0
