Whats good numbers to set goals at?

Im updating my goals, just wondering what is a good % to set carbs, protein and fat at? and what about Cholesterol, sodium and potassium?!? :smile:

    I have set mines to 114g carbs, 29g fat, 146g protein. Im aiming for the 1g of protein per pound of body weight idea then worked my other two to suit my lifestyle. I'm aiming to keep carbs at wholegrains and fats to healthy ones like nuts and good oils. I'm sure at the weekend I will have some sort of cheat meal if i have to.
