HELP?! Food sensitivity breakfast ideas??

Help? I've been following a paleo type diet, so for breakfast I've been eating A LOT of egg whites. But I got my food sensitivity test back yesterday and it says I need to avoid eggs (whites and yolks). So now, I can't figure out what the heck to eat for breakfast!

Notes - I HATE yogurt. And I also found out I'm sensitive to Whey which means no dairy...

Any ideas? I'm stuck...
