Is what i'm doing right?

Hi guys, I weigh 70 kg at moment and would like to lose 10 kg and my height is 5.7. exercise is quite new to me and I want to know whether what i'm doing is ok. i try to eat 1500 calories a day and do about an hour of Tiffany rothe workouts. I have been doing this for 6 days now. Do you think by doing Tiffany rothe workout i'll be able to achieve my target or should i be doing other exercises? I can't afford to go to gym and would prefer to do exercise at home. how long did it take you guys to see some results? Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

    If that is the correct amount of calories, which it seems around the ballpark for women your size, it should work fine. Just track your results weekly and adjust calorie intake if needed.
