This blog is my go to for all things vegan/vegetarian. She's got a ton of great sweet-tooth recipes and she gives variables for lots of different dietary needs.
I've seen lots of questions about breakfasts so I thought of sharing because her oatmeal and pancake varieties are out of this world! Definitely my breakfast go-to resource. Plus, they're all pretty low-cal.

I'm not vegan, but I've made a few of her desserts. Coconut crack, and black bean brownies were good. My wife and daughter couldn't even tell that beans were subbed for flour. I told them after the brownies had quickly disappeared. :laugh:0

I'm not vegan, but I am vegetarian. Only for the last week and a half though and I've been to her site for months. I made her 'reeses' peanut butter eggs and OMG. So good. Seriously, I don't think I've ever made anything of hers that I haven't absolutely loved.0
