Hi there. I joined mfp awhile back but didn't do much and never got into community part.
I now am ready to get myself in gear and loose some weight. I'm going on a cruise in Aug
and getting married next Feb so I want to loose 30 lbs by then. If you'd like to add me as a
friend please do so. Seeing others changes helps motivate me.

Having supportive friends on MFP is the perfect place to be accountable and get motivated! Remember to take baby steps even if it means taking it day by day or meal by meal. Those small steps, with consistency, do make a substantial difference. When you exercise consistently and make more smart food choices than bad ones - THAT is what will get you the change you want.
