Health changes already!

I've only been watching my calories and trying to be more active for a few weeks now but i've found I'm already noticing health changes. As a sufferer of chronic migraine I am happy to say that today is my first migraine that I've had in 3 weeks (I used to have at least one or 2 a week). My allergies aren't affecting me near as badly. I haven't had to take OTC meds for acid reflux at all (this used to be at least a once a week thing too). I have SO much more energy...I actually want to get out and do things. I also have noticed that since trying to eat quality foods in proper quantities. I'm very seldom hungry. I think in 3 weeks I've only been really HUNGRY hungry once...and that was after my first workout with c25k. I just feel so much better now than I once did.

Anyone else noticing awesome health benefits of a lifestyle change?
