Hi! I'm Jasmine, I'm 26 years old and have struggled with my weight since I went off to college. As most of us know, college is late nights, crappy diet, high carb food(lots of pizza and pasta and grease), booze, and little time spent at the gym. Freshman 15 quickly became 25lbs extra throughout the four years and then up and down in the four years after. I am now realizing that my diet is mostly the reason I havent been able to maintain my weight and get down to a good-looking size. Hoping I can add some low cal filling food to my diet That helps curb my consistent hunger and melt off some belly fat(due to distended bowels). ANy support and advice will help! : ) thanks!
