Swimming?

I love to swim and even moreso, because we (my family) have our own pool, so I know it's not unhygienic/unclean or anything. I used to go swimming nearly everyday in summer last year and the year before. And I'm finally getting into the habit of going for a 30-minute swim at least 2-3 times a week, but it's irritating the skin around my eyes. It never used to happen before and I don't put anything on my face unless it's prescribed by the doctor because I have extremely sensitive skin.
So, can anyone recommend some creams or something that I could use to prevent the irritation. I love swimming and I don't want to stop just because of the irritation.

Thanks in advance. :)

Swimming is my main source of exercise, but it bothered my eyes (not the skin) so much that I bought some Speedo goggles, and I love them.
