Calculating calories with juicing

Does anyone know how to calculate calories when you juice? Do you still count the full amount of calories of the given veggie/fruit?

Measure the juice and look up the juice of that particular item, different juicers waste different amounts of the produce, if you count the full calories it won't be accurate.
