dance your way thin

one of the biggest keys to weight loss for me is figuring out how to get exercise into my life. the bottom line for me.... if it isn't fun, i lose interest fast and in the end it doesn't become a habit. in my youth i went dancing a lot, i was good at it and loved it so much! i decided there wasn't any reason i couldn't begin dancing again, not at the clubs, but at home, for exercise.

i wanted to recommend Jennifer Galardi's videos. i've purchased 3 now and like all of them. there's 3 routines plus warm up and cool downs. in some of the videos i prefer to concentrate on just 1 or 2 routines and repeat them until i get my 45 minutes in.
