The task that has been setforth for my weight loss sounds horrific.
However my Grandaughter told me the other day that I had to go with her to buy a weding gown.
That means I have to stick around for at least 10 more years.
Away goes the weight. Hopefully away goes the risk of heart failure.
Most importantly away with th diebetis

You have made the right step in joining MFP. It's the perfect place to be accountable and get motivated! Remember to take baby steps even if it means taking it day by day or meal by meal.
