JM and body shape

Hi, I'm on Day 16 of the 30 Day Shred, I mix it with BFBM. I wanted to know if JM 30DS has the effect of altering your body shape
I don't want that! Even though I might remind one of "I'm a little tea-pot" I don't mind--- I just want to get smaller. Can someone help me out?

It depends. If your losing fat around your midsection, then yes.. your body shape will be altered. My body shape was altered slightly when I did it.. but then again, I have quite a bit of weight to lose.0

Well I don't have much around my midsection to lose..... I pack it at the bottom.Well not a tea-pot, just a pear. The curves are the only part of my body I am comfortable with, and I don't really want to lose them. (At the risk of sounding pretentious, sorry!)0

Oops, sorry! BFBM is Banish Fat Boost Metabolism by Jillian Michaels. It's a 55-minute workout (warmup and cool down included) that consists of 7 6-minute circuits, combining kick-boxing, plyometrics and floor exercises. Great workout0

Well, I won't be the right person to answer that. Having had done kickboxing, dancing before I don't find it harder than 30 Days, because I'm not as used to doing all those strength-training exercises. (Push-ups, never before!). But, it's longer, so more endurance is required, but you won't need any equipment. And there are no modified versions, though she dishes out some advice for beginners here and there. That's hardly anything though, since the two other girls don't do these versions so you have to do them yourself.
Maybe you could try the first three circuits and see how it works for you.0 -

lets not get ahead of ourselves. i would suspect a person would have to do a lot more than 30 days of something before their body was altered in such a way that they would object to the changes0 -
You will still have a pear shape. Exercising won't change that. You'll just be a smaller/fitter pear.0

Yes, makes sense. 20 minutes for 30 days is perhaps not enough for that.0
