Atkins Newbie

I am starting over with MFP and am going to do Atkins. However I have never done Atkins before so, I am needing and wanting friends that are or have done Atkins.

    Add me if you like, I'm low carb, pretty much the Atkins extended induction plan. Also there is an Atkins forum here, a low carb forum, and a keto forum, you might want to consider joining one or all of those. Also, there is an official Atkins website you can google.

    I don't follow Atkins, but I have greatly reduced my carb intake. I like it, it works for me.

    I did Atkins and gained it all back after. It was too strict for me at that time. I think they have relaxed a little on certain veggies and things as carbs. I wish you well. Will you be able to make this a lifestyle or just looking for a jump start?

    I do Atkins. You can download the Atkins app for free. I love it. Join the forums the others mentioned and you may find lots of yummy recipes. I also downloaded the Spark Recipes app and typed in "low carb" in the search box and found a ton if recipes that I saved to favorites. I love low carb! I love the way I feel and that I'm not starving or having crazy cravings! I do plan on doing it for life. You can add me if you'd like. I'm on here everyday. Good luck!

    I'm doing low carb, you can add me if you want. I've lost 11 pounds so far and feel more energy and less cravings. I'm planing on doing it long term , I wish you the best.

    Hey, I am trying to lower my carbs. I have done Atkins as a preop diet and did very well. My issue now is the cravings. How do you get past the cravings and wanting the cookies and crackers? I find myself muching on them and when not even hungry!!! HELP!!!
