Built a bathroom and walk in closet downstairs, because I don't want to wake anyone up when I get up at 3am. 95% of the time, I wake up a little before 3am without the help of my alarm. I turn it off and go downstairs. *kitten*, shower and shave my head. Get dressed (I lay my clothes out the night before). Grab my lunch (I make my lunch the night before) and am out the door within 10 minutes or less. Get to work, start a pot of coffee and usually checking my emails before 4am.

I have to shower in the morning. I sleep HARD and my hair is an absolute fright in the morning. Plus, it wakes me up and gets me ready for my day. I always use scented body lotions and sprays. Forever Red in winter and Exotic Coconut for summer. It takes me 46 minutes to be up, ready and out the door for work. Provided I can get those pesky kids ready on time, lol.

    AM SHOWERS
    > after a morning run, IF i got sweaty (not always, espesh during the cold months)--usually just a quick rinse
    > IF my hair needs it
    > usually time to blow-dry after

    PM BATH
    > to ease my painful knotty muscles
    > to wash my hair in the evening to save time for a.m.
    > NOT preferrable to go to sleep w/ wet hair (UNLESS i'm pin-waving it)

As with most things in my life, it's a fight between going to bed and staying up OR getting up early and staying in bed.
So I'm all over the map with it. I'll go anywhere from skipping a day to twice in one. I'm a hygiene freak anyway, so twice in one day is swell for me anyhow. I try not to nuke my skin with too much water and soap. I use a lot of lotion.

    Wake up...
Let the dogs out to do their business
    Do my business
    Let the dogs back in
    Eat breakfast
    Check the news
    Take a shower
Put in contacts, put on deodorant, and get dressed
    Brush my teeth
    Pack my lunch
    Drive to work.

I also shower in the evening after running... So, two showers a day at least 4-5 days a week.
