Do you have any equipment? Or are you mainly looking for a DVD that you can use?

For all my exercise I like to constantly do new things to stop my body from getting used to it and to stop me from getting bored. DVDs I love are 10 minute trainer, the P90 series, walk away the pounds, etc. Most stores should have a workout DVD section you can check out to see what you think you will like best. Personally I stay away from Jillian DVDs as she just annoys me.

I also use my Wii for light exercise. I personally love equipment so if it's in your budget what about getting something like a bike, elliptical, etc?

Calisthenics and plyometrics. An internet search will get a myriad of different workouts. Great for burning calories and toning your muscles.

    Hi There!

I know some great indoor home DVD programs where you dont need weights or anything & they really show you results within 90 days or even 60 days if you stick with them!

    Sent you a message!

There are a lot of options out there. Check out your local store (or a website like Amazon) for fitness DVDs. TONS out there that do work. Be mindful of people here who will try to sell you Beachbody products ... while they are good workouts that you can do at home with minimal equipment there are some equally as good options in normal stores that are much cheaper.

Not sure where abouts you are but you should be able to get a few good workout DVDs for about $5 a piece in most department stores (Walmart, Zellers, Target, Meijer, etc). I recently went out and got about 10 great workout DVDs for under $50. I use the DVDs to mix up my workouts when I'm not using one of the pieces of equipment I have.

Do you have any FREE on demand exercise programs? Through Comcast - where we have out cable service, we have free exercise programs. Love doing those! How about possibly getting a jump rope? Jump roping is a great way to get your heart rate up!

You can look on YouTube. They have 30DS and Yoga Meltdown, there's other yoga stuff and some pilates I love Renz Pilates. They also have cardio and some strength stuff. Some of it is only a few minutes long but if you search for something like "cardio 30 minutes" you might something that works. If you do Ebay you might be able to find some cheap used DVD's on there. Good luck
