Week 3

Hello there this is my week 3 lost 4 pounds so far , really like the tool , very handy and so much info love it , I'm working out 5Xa week , .... expecting faster result , but happy any ways , :) happy to join a group

    Everybody loses at their own pace. Make your diary viewable and there will probably be people happy to look at it and make suggestions on how you can increase your loss. You are working out 5X's a week - that is fantastic! You may be losing inches instead of pounds (gaining muscle while losing fat).   • I am in my 4 week and have lost 5 lbs. Just started with the Food Diary adding exercise this week starting out with 3 times a week to start and get back into the swing. Love this tool.
