Hello everyone. My name is Joe and Ive been using myfitnesspal for about 2 years now. I started at about 205 and now down to 185 lbs. My goal is to get back to 170 lbs with more muscle.

I have a very sedimentary job so I combat that by trying get 3-4 runs in a week and a few gym weight training workouts. I do my best to eat right, but like most Americans I love sugar!

I'd like to meet some motivational friends on here because they say its best to have a support team while on a healthy lifestyle.
