Has anyone else been inspired to eat better by this book? Has anyone read the first book? I just started it today. Anyone have any opinions? Eye opening to say the least.
About the reaction from major food conglomerations in response for the first time discovering a specific food was not necessarily good which led to only saying which macronutrient should be avoided? "low carb diet" "low protein diet" ... been there heard that!

One of my favorite books. His other book, "An Omnivors Dilemma" is also great.0

Yes, conventionally raised meat, it definitely will. However, if you are getting meat from a good source it shouldn't be a problem. I buy all of my meat from US Wellness Meats. You should check it out. www.grasslandbeef.com They have everything. Be well.0
