Sprints - How do I log them in MFP?

hi -
My trainer assigned me to do Sprints today, and I think these will appear on my workout schedule once a week.
Problem is, it's not in the database.
What is a good equivalent to Sprints in the exercise database? Is this strength training or cardio?
According to a few websites, sprints burn approximately 20 calories per one minute sprint.
Any help is appreciated.
