Please recommend some strength training dvd's to me!

I would like 20 -25 mins max without special equipment if possible (open to the idea of a ball) - do the toning sections of other DVD s count? I did one using a pole yesterday.
Toning is a myth.

I did Jillian Michaels DVDs for about a year (30 Day Shred, Biggest Loser, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, etc) and am now on my 7th week of her 90-Day Body Revolution. BEST ever!!! I haven't lost as many pounds as expected but lost LOTS of inches and can see, AND FEEL, muscle tone everywhere. Well worth the money!!!!! I have just purchased TurboFire (cardio dance program) to do next.0
