Hey MFP It's been a minute since I've posted but I wanted to update you guys and gals. Currently I am down to 323 pounds. Ive lost 26 more! I was once 575 for those who don't know. I have 38 more pounds to go to be ready for my skin removal. Here is a more recent picture of your truly!
