Please Help!! Cals-Eating-Working out.

I'm sooooo confused. If I eat what Iv planned for dinner. I will have eaten approx. 1220 cals. When my recommendation is 1200. Iv worked out and burned 561. So that means I'm deficient or whatever 541 cals... So I'm good right?! So I dont eat those 541 cals that MFP says Iv gained back RIGHT!?
