I don't know what to get for lunch. I feel kinda ughh but then in a way I'm still hungry. What could i get to eat that will be easy on my stomach?

Something light...crackers or bread. See how that sits then maybe some soup. Any kind of sick food, I would think

Whenever I feel icky, I head straight for the chocolate milk and some kind of bread. It totally settles my stomach.0

When my stomach is bugging me I always go for the BRAT diet until I am feeling better- Bananas Rice Apples and Toast! (when I was still eating bread at least...)0
