Macro/micronutrients counting? Help!

Hi everyone.

First time posting in the community. I've been trying my best to research the question but that can get a bit overwhelming with all the different information out there.

Anyway, my question is, do you only eye your calorie intake, or do you also keep an eye out for the macronutrients and micronutrients?

Is it important to keep to your macro/micronutrients for weight loss?

I'm simply finding it very difficult to eat all my calories and keep to my macronutrients/micronutrients.

I"m learning and any information would be helpful! Thanks in advanced.
