Quitting smoking.

Ugh. So I havent smoked nearly as much as I usually do which is from an entire pack a day to 4 ciggaretts a day.Im not the kinda person who can just quit cold turkey but Im having a really hard time, because im way more hungry than I usually am. Seriously, I could eat just about anything right now!!! Just curious, am I the only one having this problem?

    A lot of the time the body saying "I want a cigarette" is very close to the feeling you get when you are hungry.

    Drink more water... eat more protein... snack on things like celery sticks, cucumber, pepper strips, etc. Get enough fat and fiber in your diet as well.

    When I quit I too felt hungry often but it wasn't real hunger. I would do things like use my exercise bike, go for a run, eat some veggies, air popped popcorn, etc.
